I hereby present to you the Murphy's Law of sunburns: Even if you use an effective sunscreen and reapply it as I've mentioned to you, for most people, the sunburn fairy will still find three places to inflict painful burns. These include on the top of your feet, on the top of your ears and on your lower lip. Now what do these spots have in common? Not only are they the areas that most people forget about when applying sunscreen, but they're also horizontal surfaces that are hit dangerously perpendicularly with the sun's damaging rays. So the next time you're thinking about applying sunscreen, do so before you get dressed or put your bathing suit on because then you'll be more likely to cover these trouble spots.
